The city of Trnava was looking for a way to unify internal communication, documents, and work tools into a single central space. The previous solution was a combination of Excel spreadsheets, emails, and local storage. However, this was no longer sufficient for the growing demands for clarity, security, and work efficiency. 

The project's goal was create a modern, personalized intranet, which will reflect the needs of various employee roles, will simplify daily work, and will leverage existing Microsoft technologies that the city already had available.

Project progress 

The project began with a rapid analysis and workshops, which helped map the needs of various users – from regular employees to the city management. Subsequently, a design was created unified intranet with personalized content based on user role. 

The solution was deployed quickly, without compromising on quality, with an emphasis on simplicity and usability.
