The Home Project works with clients, helping them with housing solutions, land ownership, and the gradual steps towards a stable home. The original record-keeping method involved a combination of Excel spreadsheets, documents, and email communication.
Information about clients, their land, and completed activities was scattered across multiple locations, which complicated: maintaining up-to-date data, an overview of the status of individual cases, and work continuity when responsible persons changed.
The goal was to create unified internal solution, which will simplify record-keeping, reduce errors, and allow the team to focus more on direct client work.
