The Home Project works with clients, helping them with housing solutions, land ownership, and the gradual steps towards a stable home. The original record-keeping method involved a combination of Excel spreadsheets, documents, and email communication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Information about clients, their land, and completed activities was scattered across multiple locations, which complicated: maintaining up-to-date data, an overview of the status of individual cases, and work continuity when responsible persons changed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The goal was to create unified internal solution<\/strong>, which will simplify record-keeping, reduce errors, and allow the team to focus more on direct client work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For the Home Project, we designed and implemented an application for client, property, and related activity records<\/strong>, who: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • centralizes client and property data in one place,\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • connects clients to specific project activities, tasks, and milestones,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • eliminates manual data re-entry and duplication,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • provides a clear overview of the status of each client case,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • enables secure storage and management of related documentation.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The entire solution is designed to naturally fit into the project team's work and support their daily processes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Technology<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The solution is built on SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365<\/strong>, supplemented with automated workflows, application logic, and a clear user interface. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
