We implemented AutoForm in SharePoint, which provides quick and flawless recording of natural and legal persons in the ORSR. At the same time, we integrated automated digital signing of contracts subject to an extensive approval process into the processes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Main technological advantages:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full integration into the existing Microsoft ecosystem,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>secure and centralized data storage,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>flexibility in process adjustments,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>intuitive user interface without complex training,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive security policy based on Microsoft Entra.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The technology was chosen to support the long-term development of the system and the growth of the organization's needs.
