The city of Trnava was looking for a way to unify internal communication, documents, and work tools into a single central space. The previous solution was a combination of Excel spreadsheets, emails, and local storage. However, this was no longer sufficient for the growing demands for clarity, security, and work efficiency. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project's goal was create a modern, personalized intranet<\/strong>, which will reflect the needs of various employee roles, will simplify daily work, and will leverage existing Microsoft technologies that the city already had available. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project began with a rapid analysis and workshops, which helped map the needs of various users \u2013 from regular employees to the city management. Subsequently, a design was created unified intranet with personalized content based on user role<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solution was deployed quickly, without compromising on quality, with an emphasis on simplicity and usability. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
