\nCONSENT TO PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA FOR MARKETING PURPOSES\n<\/h1>

Hereby, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) and Article 7 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU)
2016\/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free
processing of such data (hereinafter referred to as \u201eGDPR\u201c), I grant Opium.systems s. r. o., with
registered office: Jeruzalemsk\u00e1 16\/A, 917 01 Trnava, Slovak Republic, I\u010cO: 52 744 779, registered in
Commercial Register of the District Court Trnava, section: Sro, file number: 45582\/T (hereinafter referred to as
\u201eoperator\u201c), voluntary, explicit, and informed consent for the processing of my personal
data for marketing purposes.
The consent applies to the processing of personal data in the scope of, in particular: first name and last name, email
address, phone number, and company name, for the purpose of sending marketing and
operator's information notices, especially information about services provided, news,
business offers, events, marketing campaigns, and other related activities
business activity of the operator.
Marketing communication can be carried out via email,
telephone contact or other electronic means of communication in accordance with
paid legal regulations, especially GDPR and Act No. 452\/2021 Coll. on Electronic
communications.
Please note that granting this consent is voluntary and not a condition for the conclusion
contractual relationship or the use of the operator's services, and that I can withdraw this consent at any time
revoke, without stating a reason, by sending a request to the email address ahoj@opiumsystems.sk,
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out
before his dismissal.
At the same time, I acknowledge that in accordance with Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, as a data subject, I have the right in particular
to access personal data, the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing,
portability of personal data, the right to object to the processing of personal data, as well as the right
file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection
republics.
